This licence is available to any educational institution or group wishing to provide professional development or training for the Minute Keeper database. The academic licence is not to be used for any administrative or other 'live' meetings within the training organisation or group. This licence is for training purposes only.

MAJOR Software and Text Publishing grants the licensed organisation, group or unit, the right to load the software onto as many PC's and networks as required.

The software and the student registration code may be provided to the following persons where they are currently involved in Minute Keeper product training:

• staff currently employed by the licensed organisation, group or unit,
• volunteers currently associated with the licensed organisation, group or unit,
• students currently enrolled at the licensed organisation, group or unit,
• any persons requiring training that are directly associated with the licensed organisation, group or unit thereof.

All such individuals are permitted to install the Minute Keeper database on their own personal computers and laptops at home, and activate the product with the student registration code. This offer may be extended to these individuals on the condition they also abide by the conditions set out within this licence agreement.
